Do you absolutely HAVE to wash your before applying Loreal Pulse Colour Mousse?
I was reading the instructions and normally you apply colour on unwashed hair. I know there is no ammonia in this product and was thinking this may have something to do with it? (I just lightened my hair yesterday as well) I bought Chill Plum.
hehe i got chill plum too! no u don’t hjave to wash ur hair actually, i just wet the part of my hair that i want to dye and i squeeze on an amount on it and thats it. (they smell delicous too!!)
