how do i improve the look and the touch of my body’s skin?
im really happy with the state of my face’s skin. it’s clean and soft and glows if i sleep and eat well. my body’s skin on the other hand is way different, my natural color never came back after my last time tanning, but my face did! it’s not dry, even though i moisturize it everyday using the best kind of moisturzers, natural and chemecial ones. i wash it daily(sometime twice a day) using shower gloves, thinking that it wud take off dead skin and stuff, but it doesnt LOOK soft, nor nice……. it’s really weird, i started noticing this just the last 4 months :s even though im drinking water more than i used to(more than 8glasses a day) and im taking Biotin2500 for my skin and hair.
anyone has any idea?
Well, tanning (even though I do it myself) is one thing a person who is concerned about the condition of her skin should NOT do. Really, sunscreen is a much better way to go.
Moisturize, especially right after a shower or bath. The myth about lotion is that it ads moisture to the skin. It doesn’t really, not in the long run. That’s why you feel dry again a half hour after using it. It just locks moisture in. Eat well, which means no fried, oily, and over processed foods. Drink as much water as you can manage to every single day.
