Is there anyway to make your hair curly (for men)?

Would I need to grow it for long?
And how Exactly could I get it like that, I don’t have a clue about hair products or anything!

Well the more your hair grows out it will look like the second picture. Curls weigh down the hair, so therefore the more hair that is on your head the more it will grow down.
