DONT TELL THEM ANYTHING. Bring in the picture!! You can explain til you cant talk anymore and they still wont get it right lol I wanted my hair like super super layered before and tried to explain it like 43583479534857 times but they never got it right. I brought it a picture and magic <3. It also depends on the hair dresser. Sometimes they screw it up - make sure you trust one!!
