Hair tie question….?
Well, I have alot of scrunchies and pony tail holders without metal. I heard that it’s not good to put them in very tight. I’ve been wrapping it around only two times. Is it OK wrap it a third time? (I hope you understand what I mean by “wrapping”.) I’m afraid that it might pull my hair. Wrapping it around twice makes it to loose. I like to wear my hair up most of the time. I am trying to grow my hair long, but stressing it can make it not grow, am I correct? What should I do to help not put stress on my hair and pull it? Thanks!

BTW, I have VERY fine blonde hair that can break easy if you pull it too hard. I am also tender headed.

I would keep it loose when your just sitting, but when you work out- i’d go for the 3rd wrap.
