need your help! what vitamins make your hair thicker and grow faster ? ?
I have natural curly hair but it doesn’t have enough body and home remedies or good hair products made for black women with curly hair to make it thicker? and grow faster
Nioxin shampoo and conditioner. Its a cleansing agent with tons of good stuff for your hair, it keeps it healthy and has a protien in it which revs up the growing process. Also, BIOTIN. Thats what your hair is made up of, that and kertain. Which is dead protien that has been hardened… hence… your actual hair strand. Thats all it is lol. Take a multi viatmin once a day and one biotin vitamin once a day.
NOTE*** DO NOT be fooled by these crazy ads talking about ” take this pill and it will make your hair grow like crazy!” All they are are these super vitamin pills. Your body can only take in so many vitamins a day and it discards the rest, so really your just wasting your money. They are pretty genius though b/c ppl who want to grow their hair out so bad will pay that for those pills but little do they know they are being scammed. All you need is a once a day vitamin and a once a day biotin vitamin, you can get these as your local grocery store. Also you need to make sure your using some good leave in conditioner and an anti frizz serum on your ends to keep them from breaking off.
