what's wrong in asking a daughter (13 years) to keep their long hair, clean / brushed / bound, etc., and not trouble?
I say no tooo long fringe, hair neatly combed and brushed at least one tail of a horse (or two) or French braids, a couple of forks and maybe a headband! Is it too much to ask?
