I heard about the perming rods and saw some videos on YouTube about them, but I see that you also have to go under the dryer for about an hour, but My hair can’t take anymore heat. How can my curls come out curly using the perming rods without me having to turn to the dryer? HELP
Have you tried setting lotion or design gel to coat the hair shaft before putting the rods on?
