Is prenatal vitamins for men?
I don’t have hair loss. Also I want cornrows but my hair isn’t growing fast enough.When I look it up it was for pregnant women? So I was wondering if it would make my hair grow faster.
Prenatal vitamins are for pregnant women, although there is nothing in them that will hurt you if you are not a pregnant woman. The word “prenatal” means “before birth”. They will not make your hair grow faster. The reason that some women have extra hair growth when they are pregnant is that their bodies produce hormones during their pregnancies that affect hair growth. It has nothing to do with the vitamins they are taking. If your hair isn’t growing as fast as you would like, you should think about getting extensions.
