My hair is long, dark blonde w / blonde highlights that are grown out … Lowlights crazy? Help!?
Ok, I have not been highlighted hair since early December due to the fact that I'm not here to school and have delayed payment of the price of hard to get it done my hair is long enough, and I keep it that way, but put more layers on it. I wanted to do something to change, but instead grew attached to be blonde. I thought lowlights put a crazy color, like purple or red or pink? If you think this is too extreme, what should I do instead?
