In your opinion, should I dye my hair blonde? (Pic Included)?

My highlights looked great at first, but now they’re growing out. Should I dyed it blonde and get more highlights or just get more highlights?
For an idea, this is the type of blonde I would like:
thatss the hair cut i was woreking on
But I’m not set on it, and I am very open for your opinions on that also.

Different shades of Blonde hair do suit you. Your hair looks like; dark blonde (in that light).
Very light blonde is okay and can look natural. When it does, it looks better, than unnatural.
Very light natural blonde vs. the totally bleached yellow/silver look.
If lightened hair is too brassy (too much yellow/orange/red colouring). This is more common with darker hair that has been bleached. (So this doesn’t really apply to you).
Use a toner, like a violet coloured toner or a blue shampoo, to get rid of the brassiness and get a more natural colour.
It’s up to you. Whichever you prefer and makes you feel good.
