Ayur means life and Veda means knowledge. Ayurveda is the system of 5000 years of holistic healing that originated in India. Ayurveda is a lifestyle of health and wellness. Hair is the crowning of the body, and while it is an indicator of the body's overall health. Ayurvedic herbs that help hair health include Eclipta Alba and gotu kola. Eclipta Alba called Bhringaraja – literally, king of tresses. It nourishes the hair and helps resistance to stress as well. Brahmi, to sometimes called Gotu Kola, also helps balance the mind and nourishes the hair and scalp. Vitamin C is considered the best nutrient for hair health. For this reason, Amla is widely used in most preparations of Ayurvedic hair because it contains as much vitamin C naturally.
Hair: —
1. Soak Amla (Indian gooseberry) powder in water overnight. In the morning, this powder were eased. Then add the lemon juice in the water. This is a solution very rich in vitamin C. Wash your hair with this solution. Apply pressure and apply the solution as it does with a shampoo.
2. Gently massage the scalp with coconut oil or almond a day for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Boil neem leaves in water. Cool, drain and rinse the hair with it.
4. Increasing vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in the diet. Take more proteins, milk, butter, yeast, wheat germ, soy, whole grains and nuts.
Film: —
1. Add 1 teaspoon of camphor to half a cup of coconut or neem oil. This oil massage in the scalp before bedtime.
2. Mix 1 teaspoon of castor, mustard and coconut oil each and scalp massage.
3. Mix one part juice lemon with two parts coconut cream. Massage into the roots of the hair regularly. Wash with warm water after three to four hours and leave overnight.
Ayurveda offers evocative hair usually bored by the different types of oils used for massaging the scalp.
