Man’s scalp hair grows @ rate of .35 mm per day. What is this growth rate in feet per century?
I appreciate the help, anything helps. =)
let’s say: X= scalp hair growth in 1year(360days)
=0.35×360
=126mm
now let’s say: Y=scalp hair growth in a century(100years)
=126×100
=12600mm which is also equal 12.6m(conversion: 1m=1000mm)
So that means that the Man’s scalp grows about 12.6m in a century
feet (by using the conversion 1foot=0.3048m)
Finally 12.6m=0.3048×12.6
* double check with somebody to make sure that i got it right(just trying to help)
=41.34feet
* The Man’s scalp hair should grow about 41.34 feet in a century(
