does anyone have any tips on making hair grow faster?
i used to have really long hair but a several months ago i got it chopped off to donate it. now im trying to grow it back again and my hair grows really slow! its been a whole 4 months now and it doesn’t look like its grown at all! any tips on making it grown faster? any help is appreciated.
hair is basically protein so it needs protein to grow. eat vitamin B6 tablets and Boitin. message your scalp 10mins a day. try to wet your hair with water often to give suffecient supply of water as well. trim your hair a little every full moon if possible because the wavelengths in the air during full moon is strong and therefore good for growth. eat good sources of protein such as egg, milk, fish ect.
