color oops hair color remover.?
I’ve used color oops probably around 3 times now in the past few months. why is it that even when i get a blonde hair dye, say a level 7, it turns out at least a medium if not a dark brown? i understand my hair is very porous after i use it, but how can i prevent the blonde hair dying from turning out dark brown?
go to a salon, you’ve wasted enough money on box dye.
