whats good 4 getting rid of highlights?
I bought the Loreal hair color removal kit but, I’m not sure if it will be useful for highlights. Has any body use this kit before? What is good to get rid of highlights and to dye it into a dark golden blonde? Someone help please!
Key word : color removal kit. That is not to remove highlight. Do NOT use that. You can cover color over highlights. I strongly recommend going to a professional. if you are determined to do it yourself then try a semi permanent color. That will be the safest way. If you are trying to go lighter then you have to use permanent color. GOOD LUCK!
