No Prenatal vitamins help hair growth?
My hair is very thin … and has only begun in the thinning in the last two years, and I have 21. I've heard that prenatal vitamins help hair growth stimlulate and nails. Is this true? If so, is it safe to take daily when you're not pregnant? And if he really does not help with hair growth, is there anything else I can take / do to thicken my hair a little?
Vitamins pre natal are very good to drink, but not pregnancy-if your trying to get pregant or are pregnant and do not usually make you more susceptible to unwanted pregnancies,, LOL,,, the reason I tell you to take pre-natal is because in these vitamins have the highest in MM concertration so instead of taking a vitamin b12 in September which is 200 mg,,, in prenatal and 500mg, has so many things your body needs nutrients, etc, that is its very healthy for you, ive been using prenatal and has really made my hair grow faster, but also thicker, defanitly try, and you do not have to go to your obgy you can buy without prescription work just as well just make sure that face the most and not the type of 6.99,, lol heres
