What can I do to return and get my money back on counterfeit GHD hair straighteners.?
I have contacted the e-mail address and left messages on an answerphone for 3 weeks and still haven’t had a reply. They were delivered from China but all contact info is UK. Consumer.gov can’t do anything because they are not in the UK. Visa won’t refund because they were under £100. At a loss what to do and out of pocket.
there’s not much you can do, unless the people reply and agree to refund =/
