does flat ironing your hair slow down the growth of it?
i flat iron/straighten my hair nearly every day. does this make it grow slower? i got razored hair around christmas time and im waiting for it to grow out. i want “layer free” hair. right now its medium length i want about 3 1/2-4 more inches. i was thinking about using the GNC hair, skin, and nail formula vitamins. how often do you take one tablet? people say this only makes your hair healthier and not grow faster. is this true? oh and im only 13 so my age shouldnt affect anything.

No, its just like when people say trimming your hair will make it grow faster. Its all myth.
It wont have any effect on hair growth at all!
It may damage your hair, which will give it the appearence of thinner, and more brittle looking hair.
And that can look like your hair isnt growing.
But actually your hair will still grow at its normal rate.
