I use the epicare.
I ice it first to numb it then I swipe some witch hazel to clean. This technique to me is less painful than waxing and NAIR. I have very sensitive skin so when I used nair i experienced a chemical burn. I was unable to wear makeup because it hurt and it was red for a week. You might want to do a spot test of NAIR prior to really using it.
Keep in mind that I used nair ages ago so I don’t know what formula they have now.
