Im 14 and i just noticed im having lots of problem with hair fall. what can i do to prevent it?
i can see my forehead pretty clearly now and b4 i couldnt…could it be from the chlorine cuz i swim alot but i was my hair with ultra swim which is a chlorine removing shampoo…is there any kind of product that could help me?

Do you wear your hair up or in a ponytail a lot? That can cause serious breakage and usually along the hairline, which seems to be the problem. Try keeping your hair down a lot (especially when sleeping!) and being very gentle on it when you brush or comb it. If it’s curly and unruly, make sure you use leave-in conditioner before you brush your hair to reduce breakage. You are too young for hair loss, so I’m pretty sure this is the problem. Also, I know the hairstyle was a pic of a guy, so I am assuming you’re a dude, and you guys can be really rough on your hair. Take it easy with it, ok? A good leave in conditioner for you is one made by Aveeno: Nourish+Condition Leave in Treatment. You also mentioned that you swim a lot. The chemicals won’t make your hair fall out, but they will make it more suseptible (spelling? idk) to breakage so USE the conditioner after swimming. Put it in a regular water spray bottle if you’re worried about other guys seeing you use it. Trust me it’ll make a world of difference. 
Oh yeah one more thing. The shampoo you are using is very harsh, it has to be to get rid of the chemicals. Use a regular anti-breakage conditioner when you wash your hair too. Pantene makes a great one thats not too expensive and that’ll cut down on the damage as well.
